You have access to the swimming pool and its park. Very well equipped, our studio can accommodate up to 4 people. Located less than 30 minutes from the beaches of Vendée, 1 hour from La Rochelle. Our studio has everything to make your stay pleasant in Vendée.

The 3-star rated cottage "La Petite Feuille" is a cozy and peaceful cottage between nature, Puy du Fou and the beaches of Vendée. This large-capacity cottage (200 m² and 14 people max), renovated in 2023 in an old barn, has all the modern comforts, in the quiet of an 8-hectare property in the heart of nature. Its relaxing setting makes it the ideal place for family gatherings. Beds made on arrival and cleaning included. Access to the owner's pool offered between May and September (10 AM - 7 PM).

Spacious 140 m² villa with a 6 m × 4.40 m heated saltwater swimming pool, ideally located in a quiet area right in the heart of Aizenay. The accommodation is very bright, with a living room that opens onto a large terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the living room. The 4 bedrooms are spacious, with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Capacity for 7 people with 1 additional baby. The 2,800 m² wooded property is fenced and includes private parking spaces and children's play areas.

It consists of 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom (about 75 m²). Large garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Child-safe swimming pool (8 x 4 m), shared with the owners. It is reserved exclusively for hosted tenants. (the pool is open as soon as the temperature and weather conditions permit).

Take it easy at this unique and particularly tranquil getaway with exceptional views of Lake Marillet and our swimming pool. Come and immerse yourself in a green setting and let yourself be lulled by bird song. You'll also enjoy eating on your private terrace with stunning views. This independent accommodation is located above our house. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool and garden. The bottom of the garden overlooks the lake, kayaks are available to you.

The nature and surrounding calm will allow you to have a great stay. Linens and towels are available upon request. Leisure activities (shared swimming pool, foosball, ping-pong, Vendée shuffleboard...) are available on site. The accommodation is close (-5 min) to shops, and the Vendée coast (~30 min).
