Apartment with living room and 2 bedrooms

The apartment, which has its own independent access, is located under our main accommodation (we live just above). You enter through a terrace on which there is garden furniture in the summer. The accommodation includes an equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave...), a living room in which there is a 2-seater sofa bed, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The place is great for 4 people but we can accommodate up to 6 people, you'll just lose a little comfort.

Entire place

Entire home with 1 bedroom. Located between Charleroi and Namur, 20 minutes from the airport. Close to Tamines train station and all amenities. Ability to park just in front of the house. In addition, there is 1 terrace to get some fresh air, as well as a private side passage to drop off your bike, scooter or motorcycle (possibility of leaving the key to the side passage if you ask me). There is 1 bed upstairs and 1 sofa bed in the living room.

Coeur Nature

This 50 m² chalet offers a double bed with a view of the pond, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a double shower. Well-being space: Wood-fired sauna and 2-person jacuzzi. Terrace with brazier and plancha for evenings by the water. Nearby: Abbey of Floreffe, Namur Citadel. Floreffe Caves and Louise-Marie Park. Intimate setting, high-end amenities, private parking, and Wi-Fi included. A perfect place to recharge in nature.

This vacation home is intended for 4 to 5 people with paved terrace, garden, garden furniture and private parking, as well as a covered shelter for strollers and bicycles. Although ANIMAL-friendly, we do NOT allow them inside the cottage. We also want this cottage to remain a NON-SMOKING space.

The water-wine lodge

The Eau-Vin gîte is located in the countryside of Fosses-la-Ville. It will offer you a stay in the heart of nature, but close to all amenities. The cottage consists of a living room, shower room, bedroom and kitchen. The garden will allow you to enjoy the calm and have a good barbecue in the sun. In terms of access, access to the cottage is via Rue de la Blanchisserie, a cobbled path giving you access to private parking.

Comfortable apartment surrounded by nature, on the 1st floor of the building. You can rest there after long walks in the region, or just cocoon by the fire. The cottage is ideally located on the banks of the Ravel, bicycles are welcome. Private parking in this closed property with private entrance. Possibility to book the complete cottage for 8 people. Organization of events on request for up to 50 people.

La Bouverie

The place is very quiet, enough to recharge in the countryside. The accommodation has an outdoor jacuzzi (until 9 October 2025), Wi-Fi, a TV with only Netflix and Prime Video connected, as well as private parking. King size bed 180x200cm and sofa bed. Bakeries, supermarkets, butchers, Night shop, bookstore and bank 3km away. 10km Namur, 12km Maredsous, 20km Dinant and 14km from Mettet circuit

The Calenges Barn

New rural cottage on the first floor, independent of the housing body, accessible by an external staircase. Private parking. Small terrace on the ground floor. Quiet area, in the countryside, 6 kms from the Citadel of Namur, 10 kms from the Meuse Valley, 1km GR 126, 15 kms from the Molignée Valley. Hiking and cycling from the property.

"La Cabine" accommodation in Auvelais

Nice little cozy apartment for 2 or 4 people in the heart of Auvelais. A bedroom for 2 people as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. Close to train station and various shops. Michaël your host is the chef of the restaurant "Chez le Capitaine" at the bottom of the accommodation.

Private parking space in a closed environment. METTET racing circuit 12 minutes away. Pizzeria and chip shop nearby. Barbecue available. Departure from a "Ravel" at 1.5 km. Non-aggressive animals accepted. An additional folding bed can be obtained free of charge for a child or teenager.
