The house was under works to improve things such as insulation, replace all roof tiles, windows and shutters and exterior painting, among other things. O mercado, com peixe e marisco fresco, fica a 5 minutos a pé. As famosas tripas com chocolate da Costa Nova, junto à Ria, estão mesmo ao lado, bem como uma ampla gama de restaurantes. A cidade de Aveiro, com os seus canais e pontos de interesse turístico, fica a meros 10 minutos de carro. É o local perfeito para umas excelentes férias.
