The apartment has a smooth code lock for your convenience. The guest is responsible for cleaning before check-out. Your host lives in the same house and is available for questions. Cozy farmhouse

Hi, we're a family renting out an attefalls/ tiny house at Sofiehem. Proximity to the river, hospital and university campus. The house is 25 sqm plus a sleeping loft and terrace. The location is cozy, calm and quiet. Large terrace with patio furniture and possibility to borrow a barbecue. Green and lush garden. If you have difficulty climbing up to the sleeping loft, there is an extra bed to set up in the house. The decor is new and fresh, and the home feels bright and cozy. Close to airport and stop for the airport bus.

Eljest Bed and Breakfast

Rurally located on Ön (an island in Umeälven) and within walking distance of both the airport and central Umeå, you will find this micro house on wheels. The house is fully equipped with all the amenities and you can choose if you want to buy breakfast or arrange it yourself in the nice kitchen. In summer, we have the open craft shop and garden cafe Eljest on the same farm. Large parking lot is about 50 meters from the house. There is an opportunity to charge your electric car at cost. Quiet, pleasant area a few minutes walk from the central station and the city centre. Close to NUS and university. Best suited for 1-2 guests but serves as an overnight stay for 3 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Feel at home in the private villa with sauna and garage in beautiful Bjurholm. There is room for 5 guests and a child under 2 years (in travel cot). All rooms have a view of the backyard's pine trees. The kitchen has all amenities for cooking. Laundry room has washing machine, dryer and drying cabinet. Comfortable beds guarantee a good night's rest. You control the heating of the house by yourself. Walking distance to bus station, grocery stores, cafes, pizzeria, pharmacy, health center.
