The location is beautifully rural at the gates of Cologne and well connected: bus stop outside the door, train station within walking distance in 10 minutes (RB25: Cologne main station or Deutz Messe 25 minutes, airport 20 minutes). Self check-in, separate entrance. It is a large space plus bathroom with marble shower. Ideal for 1 to 3 people. With an additional mattress, 4 people can easily stay overnight. Equipped with all amenities and a small library.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Hikes, bike rides and excursions to Cologne/Bonn are possible by car or bus and train. Phantasialand, Aqualand, the Cologne Arena, the monkey and bird park, and the Lindlar open-air museum are just a few destinations from beautiful Neuhonrath, which can be reached in approx. 30-45 minutes.

In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

Relax in this special and quiet space. This 40-square-meter south-facing ground-floor apartment was renovated and newly furnished in 2026. The cozy terrace invites you to relax, and from there you can enjoy the beautiful view of the forest. One parking space in front of the house can be used. There are good transport connections to Cologne, Bergisch Gladbach and Overath. The A4 is 2.5 km (1.6 miles) away. Dogs and cats are allowed!
