The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Oplev bondegårdsferie med dyr, ro og gode madoplevelser. På vores firlængede gård kan børnene hente æg, møde geder, killinger, kaniner og grise og gå på opdagelse. I gårdbutikken er der friskbagte surdejsbrød, gårdhonning og nylagte æg. Vi har bordtennis, bordfodbold og dart i vores hyggelige lade. Om aftenen kan I lave pizza i den brændefyrede stenovn og nyde gårdspladsen med et glas af vores håndbryggede fadøl. Et unikt familieophold på landet, tæt på strand, havn og hyggelige Karrebæksminde.

Gæstehuset er med eget badeværelse og køkken. Der er egen indgang og parkering. Gæstehuset egner sig godt til en overnatning eller to for gæster på gennemrejse. Mange vælger stedet som et roligt stop på rejsen. Lejer kan tjekke ind uden vært. Jeg hilser ikke på som vært, man tjekker selv ind. 4 sengepladser Dobbeltseng: 180x200 2 senge: 120x200 Rengøring, sengetøj og håndklæder er inkluderet.
