Charming apartment - quiet location

In a house in the Zurich metropolitan area (6km near city center, 12 min with car, 25min with public transportation) we rent an apartment with private entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen, dining area, office table and bathroom. The bed (110 cm) and a sofa bed (120cm) allow a stay for two people. The garden with barbecue, deck chairs and dining table can be shared. A small TV and free W-Lan connection is also available in the apartment and in the price! Car park (1 car) available in front of the house. Laundry can be used (including dryer). Surcharge depending on stay time. The hosts give you tips or answer questions about public transport, etc. Documents about this can be found already on the table. We speak: German, French, Spanish and English! WE LOOK FORWARD TO EVERY VISIT!

Our compact apartment is located just 9 minutes from Sihlcity and the center of Zurich – ideal for anyone looking to explore the city. The apartment is in Wettswil am Albis. Accommodation highlights: • Free parking • Beautiful view • Restaurant and supermarket in the building There is a bedroom for two people. The sofa bed in the living room can also be converted into a comfortable bed for two people. In addition, fitness equipment such as rowing machine etc. can be used free of charge.

Originally built in the 19th century as washing facility of a farm, fully-renovated with state of the art insulation and independent heating. With private entrance, on the ground floor are living room, kitchen and a very spacious bathroom with shower. On the top floor, accessible via an internal staircase, a bedroom featuring relax and working areas. Access to a shared garden and a private parking spot are available.
