The house is carefully decorated and very cozy with fireplace and 2 wood-burning stoves. Large 1st floor with many cozy hooks, TV lounge and nice view, partly over Marina and the water. Large rose garden and large wooden terrace with sofas, eating furniture and sunbeds and large Weber Gas grill. Several good bikes in the garage. Perfect for wedding couples/guests.

Take the whole family to one of the oldest and most authentic houses in Kragnæs. The area invites for cycling, running and walking. Kragnæs is directly connected to the old beautiful market town of Ærøskøbing via the beautiful nature trail (Nevrestien), which is 5.5 km. In addition, it is only 3 km to the island's largest town, Marstal. The house has a lovely, sunny south-facing garden, where you can relax under the large old apple tree. Kragnæs is a lovely little village in the heart of Ærø, where you can relax from the city life.

A cozy old, low-ceilinged house with a lovely courtyard. Continuously modernized. The property contains on the ground floor; entrance, cozy living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine and bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space, a smaller room with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet, cupboards and sink. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Everything else is included. Pets are not allowed.

Welcome to our little treasure on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Ærø was and is a popular destination for sailors. Boats and water have belonged together for hundreds of years. Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. (Please look at the room- & bedsituation. Not a perfect fit for four single adults.)

Dieses charmante Häuschen ist der ehemalige Altenteil unseres Hofes und liegt auf der anderen Seite der kleinen Lindenallee, die zu unserem Wohnhaus führt. Ganz in Ruhe in einem naturbelassenem Garten unter einer uralten Rotbuche auf einem sanften Hügel. Du siehst vom Haus die Sonne über dem Meer aufgehen und abends die Lichter vom ca 9 km entfernten Ærøskøbing. Diese Perle wird von uns nach und nach renoviert und ist mit viel Liebe einfach, individuell und entspannt eingerichtet.

Deceleration on the island of Ærø

The guest house is just 300 metres from the Baltic Sea coast with sea views. The farmhouse is furnished for self-catering. The sculpture garden invites you to relax, including a swing and sandpit for your youngest. You will surely be watched by the four horses on the flock. The island is ideally suited for "decelerating". This is certainly due to the fact that there are no televisions but many books and a lot of nature. Ærø can be explored by bike, foot or horse.

Our cozy cottage is located in the middle of the beautiful nature of Ærø, right on the picturesque Vitsø Lake, a nature reserve that serves as a retreat for numerous bird species. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. With private access to the hiking trail that leads around the Vitsø and the sea, you can fully enjoy the untouched nature. The house is well equipped and offers modern comfort while preserving the rustic, Danish atmosphere at the same time.

Cozy, bright and classic cottage with sea views. There is a nice covered terrace with morning sun overlooking the beach and swimming pier. The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room, there is a panoramic view of the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right next to hiking and biking trails.

Enjoy the summer at Stokkebygård in our beautiful cottage with the spacious and lovely garden.  There is a nice kitchen with a dishwasher, a spacious bathroom and two bedrooms. On Ærø, you can relax in the most beautiful nature. There are many opportunities for hiking, biking or swimming. The Øhavs trail passes by the house. There is also one of the best golf courses in Europe on Skjoldnæs, only about 15 minutes' drive from the farm.

Untidy home with private entrance. The buses on Ærø are free and go right outside the door. Located right between Ærøskøbing and Søby. There are no common areas, as guests have access to the room, bathroom and kitchen for light cooking, dining area as well as outdoor dining area alone. The kitchen for easier cooking contains a hob with associated pots and a pan as well as an air fryer.

Schlafen, Kochen, Essen, Ausruhen, Natur genießen.......und das alles in ruhiger Lage, nahe am Meer auf meinem kleinen ökologischen Resthof "Poppelgården"
