Our Blue Flag TEKKE beach is a 1-minute walk away. Your 1+0 room, located on the garden floor of the villa where we live, has a separate entrance and is 40 square metres. Your room has a private kitchen and bathroom. Since we only rent out the room on the garden floor of the villa, there will be no other guests besides you, and you have exclusive use of the garden. There are restaurants, entertainment centres and a marina within walking distance of our house. Alaçatı is a 15-minute drive away. Your room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. We have free parking.

I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Silver) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! Just a breath away from the beaches of Krios & Marchello, with an amazing view and unique sunsets. The house is located in Krios area which is close to town (Parikia) but far away from the hustle of the town. Here you will find your piece and calmness!

The Colourful Land "Syrma" is a partly cave-like boat house, fully transformed on 2022 that offers comfort, relaxation and wonderful view of Western Milos hills. The values of Cycladic architecture combined with a touch of luxury defined the design philosophy. The house is renovated since January 2022 and is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay .A balcony with amazing sea view and a yard with private access to the sea !. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .
