Our apartment "Rottenblick" is located directly on the edge of the field in Bierbergen, centrally between Hanover, Hildesheim and Braunschweig. A highlight is the fireplace, which can be enjoyed with a view of the vastness. The terrace invites you to barbecue in fine weather, the sun rises directly in front of the window. Walks or bike rides in the fields and corridors can be taken directly from the terrace. Ideal for relaxing after a hard day's work or just for relaxing.

Ideal for fitters, trade fairs or vacation - 4 people or 4 couples, because 3 bedrooms with double beds and the living room with the big couch (for 2 people) can be used as a bedroom. The open kitchen with anteroom and dining area is so large that you can sit together when the living room is used as a bedroom. A mobile guest bed can be used as an extra bed. Some guests have put this in the large housekeeping room to sleep alone.

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

This versatile secondary apartment in a 2-family house from 2024 can be used as a trade fair apartment for groups or companies. Likewise, it is also a place of relaxation for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the whole family. The A7 is close (behind a small piece of forest and therefore not audible) and therefore the location is also attractive for those passing through.

Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
