Licensed, non-smoking, central, well lit, comfortable 1 bedroom in a great neighborhood. Tastefully renovated, constantly improving. Two blocks from Jasper ave and one from 104 ave for transit routes and business strips. 5-mins drive to Roger's Place Arena, or choose to walk! Well equipped kitchen, three grocery stores within walking distance. Minutes by foot to Unity Square and the Brewery District, lots of great restaurants and coffee shops. Beautiful in the summer.
