Close (walking distance) to nice nature, walking paths and nice beaches (see photos). Note: Bed linen is not included but can be provided at a cost of SEK 150/stay (Sheets for 160 bed/2 pillowcases/2 duvet covers). Towels are provided. Charging box for charging an electric car is available for a fee.

The Little House in Åby

Peaceful newly renovated house with old-fashioned charm. 2 separate bedrooms, living room and kitchen - Total 72 square meters. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included, as well as cleaning. Secluded location without visibility at the far end of the plot of a large lush garden with its own elevated part of the garden with lawn by the house, with barbecue and a small patio under the roof. The house is in an old residential area with a walking distance to shops and restaurants. Åby is close to Norrköping, Kolmården Zoo, lakes, forest and the sea.

Welcome to Åby, north of Norrköping. Close to swimming, nature and Kolmården Zoo. Modern and spacious apartment of 68 square meters. 4 beds, one double bed 180 cm as well as a bunk bed 90 cm divided into two separate bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, large balcony with garden furniture. Built in 2019. The apartment is located above a double garage. The hotel is on foot from the hotel. Walking distance to public transport to Norrköping as well as grocery store and restaurants in central Åby.

Possibility of outdoor swimming just below the accommodation. 700m to public transport/commuter trains within Östergötland. 500m to small grocery store & pizzeria. 5 km to Norsholm boat harbor at Göta Canal, with shop, coffee, restaurant. 15 km to Norrköping. The guesthouse is located on a villa plot near the main building, with its own patio. The house has a double bed 160 cm and a mattress in the loft. To the loft it is a steep staircase. (Best suited for 2 adults and possibly 1 child)

Lakeside cottage with sea view!

Cozy little cottage of 15m2 overlooking the bay. Swimming friendly lake 100 metres behind the cabin. Fantastic walking opportunities in Kolmårdsskogarna around the cottage! Private Shower, toilet is in a separate building 20 meters from the cabin. The cottage is equipped with the essentials for short stays. Refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave and housewares. Hot plate and grill outside. Riining water is in the shower area. Please bring your own linens and towels.

Modern guest house

Take a break and wind down in this cosy newly built guest house. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.

Stay on a farm near the forest and lake.

You live in a cottage on the farm with a glass veranda and your own patio. If you want to cool off on a hot summer day, you can go down to the swimming area that belongs to the accommodation. The farm is surrounded by beautiful and species-rich meadows, forests with mushrooms, berries and wild animals. There are plenty of play areas for the children. On the farm there are Icelandic horses and sheep that roam freely in the pastures. Also two cats live here and sometimes a dog.

Gallgrinda, Seahouse

Här kan du bo helt utan störande ljud av trafik osv. Njut istället av ljudet av naturen. Räkna med att det landar fåglar precis framför er i vattnet och naturen ger sitt otvetydliga avtryck. En plats att njuta och slappna av på. I omgivningen finns det stora ekar som ger en känsla av minnen från svunna tider. Under sommaren finns möjlighet till fiske och bad, samt brygga o båt. Här får du ett helt nybyggt hus med alla bekvämligheter.
