Abitibi Lakehouse is a newly built 3 bedroom/2 bath cottage with 260 ft private waterfront on Lake Abitibi.The cottage features privacy on over an acre land, is fully winterized for year-round use, and offers a combination of Canadian wilderness and luxury amenities.Enjoy kayaking and swimming at the private beach and evenings on the patio in the summer, and ice-fishing, snowmobiling or snowshoeing in the winter months. Finish the day at the wood-burning fireplace or watch a movie on the 65" TV.

Lakeside Guesthouse

Our home is situated 10 minutes from the friendly city of North Bay on the shores of beautiful Trout Lake. We have over 1600 sq. ft. of living space that has been recently renovated with high end finishes. The Airbnb is the complete ground floor just steps from the water. The hosts live on the top floor and have separate entrances. Small pets are allowed but not on the furniture and beds. We do expect that you clean up after them. There is a $20 pet fee for with the extra cleaning.

Chalet qui peut loger 4 personnes. 2 chambres à l’étage, un lit double dans la chambre principale et 2 lits simples dans la 2e chambre. Divan lit au salon. 2 salles de bains. Bureau à l'étage. Garage annexé. À proximité des sentiers de motoneige.

A fishing hut is available at an extra cost.
