It is situated in a convenient rural location ideal for exploring the area, walking, cycling or fishing and ideally located for joining the popular North East 250 route and is the perfect place to return to and relax in front of the cosy open fireplace.

Boasting a beautiful south facing view with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area at the back of the house, looking on to the back garden, with spacious decking area. At the front we have a lovely living room, with plenty space for the family. The master bedroom provides a king-sized bed and an en-suite with shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom is currently empty, although we have a travel cot if needed.

The old schoolhouse (built in 1866) has loads of character and feels remote and quiet despite being well situated just off the main Banff/Huntly road. Banff is about 5 minutes drive. The garden is large and you have full run of the whole premises during your stay. There are some lovely walks from the house.
