Bright and clean studio suite, private and self contained. Entrance at the back of the house. Designated parking on our driveway. Completely furnished and ready for your enjoyment. Suite opens up to our backyard that includes a tennis court/pickleball court and green space. We are located 4 min from the Fraser River on a quiet, residential street. Close to hiking trails, Seven Oaks Mall and Lepp Farm Market with local fresh produce. 15 minute drive to Abbotsford Airport and West Coast Express!

It has a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry and outdoor seating, fire pit, bbq & hot tub. Bedrooms can both be twins or kings or a combination for flexibility, please request when booking.

Our studio suite offers complete privacy with its own entrance and outside sitting area looking out on our fenced backyard, with a ground level trampoline. We just added a king-size bed, your space includes a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, induction stovetop, etc and a lovely bathroom complete with bath/shower.
