Welcome inside a bright and charming apartment with a large balcony where the afternoon sun can be enjoyed. The apartment was renovated in the summer of 2023 and is therefore in the best condition. A central but quiet location, close to pedestrian streets, cafes and restaurants and where you can easily take a walk along Aalborg's beautiful waterfront. The apartment is less than a kilometer from Aalborg station, and good bus connections take you to the airport within 15 minutes. Look forward to feeling at home in our home.

The apartment is part of a farm, which is located in Attrup with a good view of Limfjorden. The village is also close to the North Sea, Fosdalen, Svinkløv, Hærvejen and the Vejlerne Bird Sanctuary. Short distance to good beaches and Skagen is also an option. Aalborg, Fårup Sommerland and the North Sea are 30-45 minutes away. Double bed and possibility of extra bed for two in the living room. TV in the living room with Danish, Norwegian, Swedish and German channels. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. Dogs are welcome.

Bright 2 bedroom apartment with large balcony. Great views. Nearby there are shopping opportunities. Sleeping 2 people in the bedroom and 3rd sleeping area is on sofa bed. There is a TV with chromecast in both rooms - does not have TV channels. Close to bus and also has free parking. WiFi and cleaning after the stay are included in the price. Since I live in between myself in the apartment, there will be some of my personal belongings in the apartment - e.g. clothes and shoes.

The apartment is located in the heart of Aalborg with only 5 minutes walk to shopping, cafes, the harbor and not least Jomfru Ane street if you want a bite of beer or two. Parking is available in the parking garage just around the corner. Alternatively there is free 24 hour parking at Saxogade or the port (about 5-10 minutes on foot from the apartment). Note: The fireplace is not to be used. It's for decoration only.
