The total area is approximately 95 square meters, including a master suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom. This accommodation is unique because it is located in the heart of Marais, a stone's throw from the main monuments of Paris and all the shops. It is an apartment tastefully refurbished by a famous Parisian architect. You're sure to love it. You will have access to the entire apartment, with its three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. The apartment has a washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, large fridge and freezer, ironing board, hair dryer, TV with cable…. I'm always available to guests at any time of the day or evening. The apartment is located in the Marais, one of the trendiest and busiest neighborhoods in the capital. Contemplate its rich architectural heritage, and indulge in its many shops and restaurants. This home is located a few steps from the Hôtel de Ville and St Paul metro stations (metro line 1). From Charles de Gaulle Airport and Orly Airport, it takes about 45 minutes by taxi. We can arrange your transfer from these airports.

Charm and comfort on the second floor of a 16th century building (third floor for Americans), in a quiet cul-de-sac and yet right in the heart of Paris.
