Logement situé au rez-de-chaussée d'une charmante cour paisible, d'un très bel et calme immeuble en plein cœur du 11eme arrondissement parisien, très bien desservi par la multitude de lignes de métro et autres transports. Attention, pas de four (Micro- onde, plaques électrique, casseroles ,assiettes et couverts dispo.), pas de machine a laver (laverie en libre service 7/7 a 120 mètres) . Ideal pour escapade parisienne en couple au coeur de Paris .
